The complex is located on the Northern shore of the Tbilisi Reservoir. The living spaces face the southeast. This project is for senior residents who still live on their own. It integrates all necessities for living, thereby becoming an almost self-sufficient entity. It includes tennis courts, a public swimming pool, parking spaces for more than 20 vehicles, and an amphitheater.
