The skyscraper complex is located on Ilia Chavchavadze avenue, next to the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Tbilisi. The project includes commercial spaces, office spaces, a hotel, an apartment building, communal spaces for recreation, a central courtyard, two roof gardens, and four floors of underground parking.
