The presented project is located in Tbilisi, next to the Embassy of the Czech Republic. The theater has two main stages: one on the ground floor and an open-air amphitheater on the roof. Each can accommodate 1000 audience members. This solution takes into account the visibility of the building’s roof from neighboring skyscrapers. The rotating panels on the South façade serve as a space for theater posters.
